You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Ford Parts Helpdesk is the single point of contact for all Ford dealers and internal Ford customers and is responsible for delivering and maintaining the following key deliverables.
Manage and resolve incoming contacts from dealers and Ford clients regarding parts concerns.
Manage CRC VOR Dealer orders and cases. Seek alternative parts solution where no stock available and determine quickest delivery method to Distributor/Wholesale dealers.
Ability to communicate issues with a diverse range of team members/departments with differing levels of knowledge relating to parts concerns.
Passion to provide case resolution within the specific TAT and holding departments accountable to rectify issues. Foster good company to dealer relations and provide effective communications between FCSD and its dealer body. Provide consultation and advice to FCSD operations on issues relevant to their Dealer processes and systems. Receive and load orders for Ford plants Local Dealers/Suppliers and Internal/Export customers when they are unable to process on their own behalf. Support AU Supply / Warehouse teams with adhoc projects as required
Achieve closure parts resolution within target TAT
Build and network with Ford Stake holders and Ford Dealers
Confidence to identify root cause and have the ability to seek assistance from subject matter experts
Generate and understand reports
Understand ancillary tools pertaining to role e.g. PANDA Microcat BOSE

Functional / Technical
Understanding of core business issues and development of business acumen
Develop a deep understanding of the Dealer and their parts business

It is preferable that the successful candidate is experienced in the automotive parts interpreting field.
Must have a sound knowledge of the automotive and dealership industry with an exceptional high degree of customer and business acumen; preferably tertiary qualified sound numeracy and computer skills.
Demonstrable ability to influence Key Stake holders and Dealers.
Although this role will be within a team environment the successful candidate should be a self-starter highly motivated and engaged to deliver results be a good team player and have the communication skills and self confidence to work with Dealers. Able to manage varying workload and conflicting demands.
