Shift: 3x12-hour shifts Nights (7:00 PM 7:30 AM)
Schedule: Every other weekend required
Hours per Week: 36
Pay: $1897/week (Travel Pay)

Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking RN Behavioral Healthfor an exciting Travel or Local job in Clifton Springs NY.

Responsibilities

Deliver direct nursing care to patients with behavioral and psychiatric conditions.
Monitor and assess patients emotional behavioral and physical health status.
Administer prescribed medications and observe for side effects or adverse reactions.
Collaborate with psychiatrists therapists and other healthcare professionals on care plans.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and records.
Participate in crisis intervention de-escalation techniques and emergency response when needed.
Provide patient and family education on treatment plans medications and coping strategies.

Requirements

Licensure: Active RN license in New York State (or compact license if applicable).
Experience: Minimum 1 year of behavioral health/psychiatric nursing preferred.
Certifications: BLS (AHA) Required.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to work night shifts (7:00 PM 7:30 AM).
- Availability every other weekend.
- First-time travelers accepted.
- Local candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility.
