Central Carolina Hospitalis a 137-bed acute care hospital that has been offering exceptional care to the Lee County community for over 115 years. How youll contribute:

Under the guidance and direction of the People Services Director the People Services Generalist is responsible for enhancing department functions by planning implementing and developing training onboarding and employee orientation programs the administration of employee benefits payroll administration and answering employee questions regarding pay benefits policies and procedures.

Additional responsibilities include:

Implements human resources programs by providing human resources services including but not limited to:

Talent acquisition staffing employment processing compensation health and welfare benefits training and development records management safety and health succession planning employee relations and retention.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Applicants should have an associates degree bachelors degree preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
