Job Summary

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) works in partnership with business leaders and employees to ensure a complete understanding of business needs objectives and workforce priorities. This role serves as a strategic consultant to management on human resourcesrelated issues and collaborates with other HR functions to deliver effective and consistent HR solutions that support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with assigned business units to understand business objectives and provide HR expertise and solutions.
  • Serve as a liaison between business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence in areas such as : Succession Planning Talent Management Labor Relations Employment and Employee Relations Compensation and Benefits Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Compliance and Training and Development.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to analyze and design systems and processes that effectively attract reward and motivate the workforce.
  • Advise leaders and employees on HR policies procedures and employment laws to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  • Interpret and apply survey and market data employee data labor agreements and workforce analytics to support business decisions.
  • Support labor forecasting workforce planning and recruitment initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Participate in the implementation of HR programs and initiatives that drive employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience preferably in a business partner or generalist role.
  • Strong understanding of HR laws regulations and best practices.
  • Proven ability to build effective partnerships and influence at multiple organizational levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in HR or related discipline.
  • Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP PHR/SPHR).
