The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) works in partnership with business leaders and employees to ensure a complete understanding of business needs objectives and workforce priorities. This role serves as a strategic consultant to management on human resourcesrelated issues and collaborates with other HR functions to deliver effective and consistent HR solutions that support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with assigned business units to understand business objectives and provide HR expertise and solutions.
- Serve as a liaison between business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence in areas such as : Succession Planning Talent Management Labor Relations Employment and Employee Relations Compensation and Benefits Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Compliance and Training and Development.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to analyze and design systems and processes that effectively attract reward and motivate the workforce.
- Advise leaders and employees on HR policies procedures and employment laws to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
- Interpret and apply survey and market data employee data labor agreements and workforce analytics to support business decisions.
- Support labor forecasting workforce planning and recruitment initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Participate in the implementation of HR programs and initiatives that drive employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience preferably in a business partner or generalist role.
- Strong understanding of HR laws regulations and best practices.
- Proven ability to build effective partnerships and influence at multiple organizational levels.
- Excellent problem-solving communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree in HR or related discipline.
- Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP PHR/SPHR).
