Job Description

Work Setup: Onsite (Tarlac)

Work Schedule: Mon - Wed: 7am - 6pm; Thu - Fri: 7am - 5pm

Responsibilities:

Responsible for overseeing the sales operation of the Modern Trade.
Ensure that daily and monthly sales targets are achieved and/or exceeded.
Establish maintain and acquire new customers to increase business opportunities.
Hire develop and motivate sales personnel.
Required skill(s): Selling Accounts Management Negotiation.

Requirements:

Familiarity of the accounts and area.
Modern trade experience
People management
Can do field work.
With Company Car
With quarterly incentive
