Inbound Customer Service Representative Italian Market
Location: Athens Greece On-Site Start Date: 13 October
We are seeking Italian-speaking talent to join an international customer service team in Athens. This is a great opportunity to build your career in a multicultural environment while supporting customers and representing leading global brands.
What Youll Do

Handle inbound customer requests via phone email and chat in Italian.

Provide accurate information resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Escalate complex cases to relevant teams when needed.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products services and processes.

Work towards individual and team performance targets.

Who You Are

Native-level Italian speaker with good English skills (B2).

Previous customer service experience is a plus but not essential.
