Emerald Zebra is working with a leading Venture Capital group with an exciting portfolio of investments in the Fintech and iGaming sectors. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join the Groups expanding Operations team based in Limassol Cyprus. In this pivotal role you will support a fast-growing company that provides innovative alternative banking solutions tailored to the needs of the iGaming Fintech and Digital industries. You will also oversee and lead operations across the Groups multi-location offices ensuring efficiency compliance and operational excellence at every level.
The Role:
- Lead the Operations team
- Set and drive processes and procedures
- Continuously improve processes and upskill team members
- Oversee the team performance set KPIs and hold the employees accountable for delivery
- Retrospective monitoring of chats and email exchanges to encourage continuous improvement
- Oversight and accountability for agreements and documentation before they are shared externally to ensure clients receive optimal service
- Oversee and manage all payment processes
- Ensure good communication between all relevant functions
Your Profile:
- Experienced Operations Manager with strong background in Fintech operations (EMI / PSP) and Banking is a must
- Proven payment processing experience is required
- Experience dealing with B2B clients is necessary
- Experience working with systems such as Intercom / Jira
- Proven experience in leading and managing a dispersed team both offices based and remote.
- Ability to adjust and adapt swiftly to varied tasks and responsibilities and to changes
- Keen attention to detail
- Able to work fully onsite in Limassol
