What Youll do:

• Work closely with clients and implementation teams to evaluate business requirements then quickly translate that information into technical solutions (approximately 75% of time will be building technical applications and 25% working on business strategy)

• Build software applications for client projects

• Participate in requirements gathering and user story creation

• Provide solution demonstrations to clients throughout the project implementation

• Work with your project team to implement test and document functionality of applications

• Work with clients to identify and remediate issues and technical risks early

Who We Are Looking For:

Groundswell is seeking technical consultants interested in using technology to solve challenging business problems. This is an on-site position based out of our Mclean VA Headquarters.

Required Qualifications:

• 0 - 2 years of related experience

• Bachelors Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science Information Systems Systems Engineering or a related area

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Strong problem solving skills analytical thinking and a passion for technology

• Experience with database development (through classwork or professional work)

• You are dedicated to learning new skills professional growth and delivering strong results to clients
