Job Description
Locations New York City New York Florham Park (or) Princeton NJ NYC Philadelphia Washington DC Wilmington DE Fort Myers FL Chicago Des Moines IA Fort Wayne & Indianapolis IN Minneapolis Boulder & Denver CO Dallas Scottsdale AZ and LA & SF.
Position Highlights:
Handle commercial litigation matters including disputes between financial institutions and other business disputes.
Opportunity to work on Native American litigation including sovereignty gaming and land disputes.
Role leans toward business litigation not bankruptcy/restructuring.
Qualifications:
3 to 5 years (ONLY) of litigation experience within an Am Law 100 firm (ideal sweet spot).
Strong commercial litigation background.
Excellent writing skills attention to detail and strong academic credentials.
Preference for candidates with:
A 3.2 GPA or higher.
