Position Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking RN Supervisorfor an exciting Travel or Local job in York PA.
Responsibilities
Supervise and support nursing staff during night shifts.
Monitor and evaluate patient care to ensure quality outcomes.
Serve as the primary contact for residents staff and families overnight.
Respond to emergencies resolve issues and escalate concerns as needed.
Complete accurate documentation of patient care and shift activities.
Ensure compliance with facility policies procedures and regulatory requirements.
Promote a positive and safe working environment for staff and residents.
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania (or Compact State).
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; prior supervisory experience preferred.
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required.
Strong leadership organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work variable night shifts.
