GROWING company is looking for a Senior HR Manager to lead two HR Managers to provide the full range of HR support to two of their manufacturing plants.

SUMMARY:
- Will lead a team of two HR Managers to provide the full range of HR support to a total of 500 employees (and growing) at two of the companys non-union manufacturing plants located near Paris TX.
- Will work closely with plant leadership
- Coach and mentor the HR Generalists

REQUIREMENTS:
- 4 years of HR experience
- Experience supporting two or more manufacturing plants simultaneously
- Leadership experience
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Creative/innovative mindset
