Job Summary
We are now looking for multiple Retail Sales Consultants and 1 Retail Sales Manager to join the Clarins division from January 2026.
The Retail Sales Consultant is a key role for Clarins to ensure strong sales results at the retailer level. You will ensure sales activities that directly or indirectly help sell our products through sell-out activities training sparring with store managers and merchandising. Supporting sales through a close collaboration with the retailer store managers is a key part of this role. You will be the key contact person for our retailers and responsible for all sales activities in the field. You will report to the Retail Sales Manager and work closely together with the Marketing team to secure qualitative and quantitative results in-store according to company and principal guidelines. The successful candidates will bring experience from a similar position with a solid experience within prestige beauty skin care training and business/budget understanding. The roles will be located in Norway with presence throughout the largest cities.
The Retail Sales Manager will through a strong field presence lead the Retail Sales Consultants. You will be responsible for the retail sales results on a country level ensuring a coordinated effort from yourself and your team. You will actively be involved in the sales activities such as sell-out activities training sparring with store managers and merchandising. The role will be located in field and at Lysaker with a minimum of 4 days field presence per week.
