The Central Ops Support Associate will support the daily operations of Easy Ship sellers by monitoring shipments coordinating with field teams and assisting with issue resolution. The role focuses on execution accuracy and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations contributing to an improved seller and customer experience.
Key job responsibilities
1-Monitor daily shipment and seller performance through outbound calls emails and system checks.
2-Escalate operational issues to executives or field teams for timely resolution.
3-Maintain accurate logs and reports of seller interactions and operational exceptions.
4-Provide basic guidance to sellers on process adherence and operational requirements.
5-Support the team in executing audits spot checks and follow-ups with sellers.
6-Perform data entry documentation and status tracking for operational activities.
1-experience in operations customer service or support.
2-Good communication skills (verbal & written).
3-Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel Word and Windows applications).
4-Ability to follow SOPs and work with attention to detail.
5-Excelent English (verbal and written).
