ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring an Associate to become a key member of HUBs Enterprise Strategy and Technology Planning function. Working closely with the rest of the Strategy team the Associate will support the development and advancement of key strategy initiatives including marketing and competitive assessments financial analyses growth strategies and operating strategy addition this role will be responsible for supporting key aspects of HUBs strategic planning process.

We are looking for an individual with an understanding of corporate strategy and planning processes who is looking to join a fast-growing organization leveraging technology and digital capabilities to transform insurance and risk management solutions. The ideal individual will be a self-starter with a strong customer-focused mentality who seeks to understand stakeholder needs and work collaboratively across the enterprise to proactively meet those needs.

In This Role Youll Get To:

• Support the portfolio of enterprise strategy initiatives
• Identify and address barriers to accelerating initiatives and opportunities to enhance execution effectiveness and efficiency
• Engage in strategy development for key enterprise initiatives
• Support and advance enterprise initiatives in support of our business partners
• Support connectivity and effective communications among shared service and business partners

We Are Looking for Someone with Following Competencies:

Required Experience:

• Must have 3-6 years of leadership experience including management consulting corporate planning strategic operations and/or corporate strategy experience
• Experience working within the financial services or technology sector; insurance industry experience preferred
• Bachelors degree required; MBA and/or graduate degree a plus

This position reports into Chicago and will be a hybrid-based working model.

Disclosure required under applicable law in California Colorado Illinois Maryland Minnesota New York New Jersey and Washington states: The expected salary range for this position is $100K to $130Kand will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills experience and working location as well as the specific positions business line scope and level.
