Job Summary
As a Quality Control Manager you will lead the quality assurance function within the production department to ensure their products meet the companys quality expectations. You will oversee all stages of the production process ensuring adherence to internal and external quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality control procedures across all production stages.
- Supervise a team of 35 Quality Control Inspectors and provide training and performance feedback.
- Monitor production lines and ensure corrective actions are taken when standards are not met.
- Conduct regular product inspections and audits to identify potential quality issues.
- Analyze data and generate reports to track defect trends and improvement areas.
- Collaborate with the Production and Design teams to address and resolve quality concerns.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry quality standards and ensure compliance.
- Report directly to the General Manager on quality performance and challenges.
Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Quality Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in a quality control leadership role in a manufacturing environment.

Solid knowledge of quality inspection techniques and tools.

Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and quality management software.

Strong organizational leadership and analytical skills.

Good command of English (Intermediate level).
