With 2 years of development behind them and a strong global team of developers and designers they are now preparing for a soft launch in January 2026 in the collectibles market.
They are seeking their first marketing hire a Growth Marketing Manager who will own and optimize full-funnel performance. This role is both strategic and hands-on starting as an individual contributor and evolving into a team leadership position as the company scales. You will be responsible for go-to-market planning paid acquisition retention and analytics ensuring every marketing dollar is maximized for growth.
Strategy & Execution
- Develop and lead a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the soft launch and subsequent global expansion.
- Design test and scale multi-channel campaigns (Meta Google email social media).
- Build and maintain a marketing roadmap aligned with launch milestones.
Performance Marketing & Analytics
- Own and optimize growth metrics: ROAS CAC LTV MER AOV CTR CVR churn.
- Create performance dashboards (GA4 Data Studio attribution tools) to track KPIs in real time.
- Drive structured A/B testing for ads creatives funnels and landing pages.
- Detect performance bottlenecks early and work with tech CRO and operations teams to resolve them.
Team Building & Leadership
- Act as the first marketing leader later building a team of paid media social and email specialists.
- Oversee implementation staff in the Philippines ensuring execution and quality.
- Define clear KPIs and coach junior team members as the team grows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with the founder (US-based) and operations lead (UK) requiring some overlap with US working hours for auction monitoring.
- Partner with product and design teams to ensure aligned messaging creatives and user experience.
- Uphold a professional brand presentation across all marketing channels.
- 5 years in growth/performance marketing (SaaS e-commerce marketplace or digital products).
- Proven expertise in paid media buying funnel optimization and retention strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to guide decisions (ROAS CAC LTV).
- Demonstrated success in delivering measurable growth across acquisition and retention.
- Self-starter comfortable with startup environments capable of working independently.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple time zones.
- Experience with auction platforms collectibles or niche marketplaces.
- Prior experience building and managing distributed marketing teams.
- Background in launching consumer-facing digital products from beta to scale.
- Competitive compensation: $4500$5500/month (negotiable based on location & experience).
