Job Description
Do you want to shape the future of data-driven decision-making at one of the worlds leading construction and development companies
Skanska Group HQ is looking for an Analytics Business Partner to join the Group Function IT team at the headquarters in Stockholm.
In this role youll be the trusted link between business functions and the Analytics & Data team building strong partnerships identifying analytical needs and ensuring that data solutions create real business value.
What youll do
- Be the go-to person for business functions seeking analytics or data support
- Translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements
- Champion the adoption of data-driven practices across the organization
- Drive alignment between business goals and analytics capacity
- Liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Conduct regular discovery sessions with business partners to identify pain points opportunities and strategic objectives
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting strengthen data literacy and enable self-service analytics
- Support efforts to measure and report on the business impact of analytics initiatives
- Support the Vice President Analytics & Data with various activities as needed
What were looking for
- BSc or MSc in a relevant field
- 35 years experience in business analysis consulting or data-focused roles in large organizations
- Strong communication facilitation and relationship-building skills
- Solid understanding of how analytics can create business value
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with modern analytics stacks (e.g. Microsoft Power BI Oracle Analytics Cloud data lakes/warehouses governance frameworks) is beneficial
- Fluency in English (Swedish is a plus)
Nice to Have
Experience with decentralized organizations change management or training others
