Account Manager with Korean

Our client a leading B2B solution provider is seeking a Korean-speaking Account Manager to join their international team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely across multiple locations while managing key client relationships in the iGaming industry.

What Youll Do:
Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
Build and maintain long-term client relationships ensuring retention and satisfaction
Support onboarding and guide clients through integrations launches and implementations
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
Share updates offers and promotions with clients
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand engagement
Provide regular performance reports insights and updates to clients and management
Stay informed about industry trends and advise clients proactively
Resolve client issues promptly maintaining high service standards
Represent the company at industry events and client meetings as required

What Were Looking For:
Native/fluent in Korean (C1) and fluent in English (B2)
12 years of experience in Account Management within the iGaming industry (required)
Strong ability to build lasting client relationships and drive account growth
Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills
Commercial awareness with solid problem-solving and analytical abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM/project management tools a plus
Proactive adaptable and professional with a solutions-driven mindset
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
