What Youll Do

  • Identify and develop opportunities for account expansion engaging new decision-makers and driving strategic growth.

  • Leverage existing client relationships to introduce goFLUENT solutions to global learning and HR leaders.

  • Drive top-line revenue growth through renewals upselling and cross-selling within your assigned account portfolio.

  • Collaborate closely with Business Development Marketing and Customer Success teams to build long-term client partnerships.

  • Build strong business cases and demonstrate ROI for goFLUENTs learning solutions.

  • Represent goFLUENT at industry exhibitions and events.

  • Travel as needed to client sites to support key sales initiatives.

What Youll Need to Succeed

  • 25 years of B2B sales experience; SaaS or international sales experience is a strong plus.

  • Proven ability to engage stakeholders at all levels including senior management and C-suite.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish with strong presentation and negotiation capabilities.

  • Highly motivated self-starter and collaborative team player.

  • Minimum B2 English level required.

  • Social media fluency in a business context (especially LinkedIn).

  • Experience in training e-learning or HR services is an advantage.
