About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in parking management to oversee the daily operations of Class A parking facilities and surface lots in Dallas TX. This role reports directly to senior leadership and will be responsible for both operational performance and client satisfaction.
The right candidate will bring proven experience in managing parking operations revenue oversight and team leadership-while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of assigned parking facilities and surface lots.
Manage client relationships while ensuring top-tier service delivery.
Lead train and develop a professional and customer-focused team.
Monitor track and report facility revenues.
Create review and manage budgets invoicing and collections.
Ensure smooth facility operations including vendor management and contract compliance.
Make informed decisions based on market conditions and operational data.
Promote a positive workplace culture that values integrity problem-solving and collaboration.
Address customer concerns promptly and effectively minimizing the need for executive escalation.
Qualifications
Parking garage or parking facility management experience required.
Bachelors degree preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional appearance and strong interpersonal presence.
