Job Description
Tasks
- Design develop and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
- Collaborate with software developers and product managers to identify system requirements and ensure robust testing strategies are implemented.
- Analyze test results troubleshoot issues and provide detailed reports to facilitate continuous improvement in software quality.
- Mentor junior QA engineers in best practices for test automation and quality assurance methodologies.
- Participate in the design and implementation of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in QA automation and software testing.
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium TestNG or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and continuous integration processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
