The role involves handling documentation coordination reporting and administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:Provide executive-level support to management in scheduling follow-ups and coordination.
Manage calendars meetings and appointments effectively.
Prepare reports presentations and documents using Excel and MS Office tools.
Handle correspondence emails and communication on behalf of management.
Maintain records data and confidential information accurately.
Coordinate with internal teams clients and external stakeholders as required.
Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure office operations run efficiently.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Admin / Coordinator.
Strong knowledge of Excel and computer applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks multitask and manage time effectively.
High level of confidentiality professionalism and attention to detail.
Salary up to 25000 per month.
