Job Summary:

Aadrik Distributors Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a smart and organized Executive Assistant to support senior management in day-to-day operations. The role involves handling documentation coordination reporting and administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide executive-level support to management in scheduling follow-ups and coordination.

  • Manage calendars meetings and appointments effectively.

  • Prepare reports presentations and documents using Excel and MS Office tools.

  • Handle correspondence emails and communication on behalf of management.

  • Maintain records data and confidential information accurately.

  • Coordinate with internal teams clients and external stakeholders as required.

  • Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure office operations run efficiently.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Admin / Coordinator.

  • Strong knowledge of Excel and computer applications.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks multitask and manage time effectively.

  • High level of confidentiality professionalism and attention to detail.
