Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Collecting TNI from BG Heads and Plant Heads in line with business requirement.
- Support in develop & implement a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with Organizational goals.
- Design and deliver engaging learning programs including leadership development technical skills training and soft skills development.
- Manage and maintain a curriculum catalogue ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
- Facilitate learning programs workshops and webinars.
- Evaluate program effectiveness using metrics and analytics to inform future learning initiatives.
- Manage the learning and development budget ensuring effective use of resources.
- Partner with external vendors and consultants to deliver learning programs. Develop internal trainer.
