Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Associate to drive growth initiatives and identify new business opportunities. This role involves analyzing market trends customer behavior and the competitive landscape to develop actionable strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding market presence fostering strategic partnerships and contributing to product marketing and revenue growth plans in alignment with overall business objectives.


Responsibilities:
  • Identify and research potential clients markets and business opportunities.
  • Monitor and evaluate market trends customer preferences and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Generate leads through various channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable products or solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations proposals and sales pitches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Track sales activities prepare reports and analyze performance against targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends competitors and market conditions.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms their operations and offerings to communicate value to potential clients.



Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.

  • Experience in business development sales or client relationship management is a plus.

  • Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.

  • Target-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Understanding of E-commerce platforms and their services.
