Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technology initiatives for end client. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in project delivery within financial services with proven expertise in managing cross-functional teams and driving results in a structured fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business Technology or a related discipline.
- 5 10 years of project management experience preferably within banking or financial services.
- Strong understanding of Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA Confluence MS Project and Excel.
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- PMP or Scrum Master certification is preferred.
- Experience in infrastructure data or application delivery projects is an asset.
- Prior experience working with any of the bank or similar financial institutions is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end delivery of technology projects aligned with client strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans schedules budgets and resource forecasts.
- Lead cross-functional teams including Business Analysts SMEs and technical stakeholders.
- Facilitate requirements gathering testing coordination and stakeholder engagement.
- Proactively manage risks issues dependencies and change controls throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to client governance compliance and financial reporting standards.
- Communicate project status risks and mitigation strategies to senior leadership.
- Maintain accurate project documentation including RAID logs financials and delivery milestones.
- Support integration and transformation initiatives across platforms and business units.
