We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to support our attorneys in delivering exceptional legal services to our clients. Key Responsibilities:

Draft review and organize pleadings discovery and other legal documents
Manage case files maintain calendars and track key deadlines
Conduct legal and factual research to support attorneys
Assist with trial preparation including compiling exhibits and witness lists
Communicate with clients courts and opposing counsel as needed
Provide general administrative support to attorneys and team

Qualifications:

Paralegal certificate or relevant degree preferred
2 years of litigation paralegal experience (commercial litigation experience a plus)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
