About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented System Operator to manage and oversee all system-related activities within our Igloo Warehouse Management System (WMS). You will play a key role in ensuring accurate stock control efficient order processing and seamless communication between warehouse operations customer service and traffic teams.

We are looking for a detail-oriented System Operator to manage and oversee all system-related activities within our Igloo Warehouse Management System (WMS). You will play a key role in ensuring accurate stock control efficient order processing and seamless communication between warehouse operations customer service and traffic teams.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Capture and process customer orders on Igloo WMS.
Receive inbound stock and ensure accuracy against customer documentation.
Allocate orders in line with FEFO principles ensuring no expired stock is dispatched.
Dispatch outbound loads prepare transporter documentation and manage PODs.
Import and update daily schedules on .
Support supervisors and warehouse staff with binning picking and stock queries.
Generate customer reports support billing and assist with customer complaints.
Maintain accurate stock control through stock takes bin checks and pick face counts.
Uphold Food Safety Health & Safety and OHS standards.
What Were Looking For
Minimum Grade 12; tertiary education advantageous.
At least 2 years experience in warehousing (cold storage preferred).
Knowledge of WMS (Igloo preferred) and warehouse process flows.
Strong MS Office skills (Excel Outlook Word).
Strong planning organizational and communication skills.
Ability to lead give instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
