Our client a well-established and forward-thinking engineering consultancyrenowned for delivering innovative infrastructure solutions across Southern Africais expanding their team. With a solid track record spanning municipal commercial and rural development projects they are now looking for a driven Associate Professional Civil Engineer (Junior Management) to join their design-focused environment.
This is a career-defining opportunity to work on complex infrastructure projects in a collaborative and technically excellent team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead design teams on complex civil engineering projects
Manage scope project deadlines change orders and client satisfaction
Mentor junior designers and engineers
Contribute to technical excellence in road stormwater and earthworks design
Minimum Requirements:
For Senior Role:
Minimum 6 years experience in civil engineering design
PR Eng / PR Tech (Essential)
Proven design experience in:
Stormwater systems
Gravel and access roads (municipal roads advantageous)
Bulk earthworks: pads platforms parking areas
Water & sewer networks (advantageous)
Expert proficiency in Civil 3D including mentoring others
