Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the Business Unit strategy aligned to the Group Strategy
Monthly progress tracking against Businss Unit strategic priorities
Implement comprehensive business plans to optimize efficiencies and maximise cost savings
Oversee the companys financial performance (key focus on business growth and GP upliftment)
Annual budget preparation and presentation to Exco
Preparation and motivate business cases for relevant investment in operational assets processes system enhancements
Supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance
Development of talent and succession planning with the HR business partner
Preparation and presentation of Business Unit reviews to Exco including any mitigation plans to close gaps in performance for the BU
Minimum Requirements- Bachelors degree and or a business degree
- Min of 10 years experience in a senior management role or similar service industry with full P&L accountability
- Proven experience as Managing Director or senior managerial position
- Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans
- Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated system and process understanding including ability to articulated business requirements
- Proven track record of project management involving significant change management
- Familiarity with corporate law and management best practices
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent customer facing skills/experience including negotiation and service level improvement
