Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) HNIs/UHNIs and partners across the assigned region.
Drive new partner acquisition and manage existing channel relationships to ensure consistent growth.
Promote and increase sales of financial products including:
Secondary Bonds
Fixed Deposits
Mutual Funds
Capital Gain Bonds
RBI Bonds
Debt Primary Issues
Conduct training sessions and product awareness programs for partners and clients.
Meet and exceed product sales and revenue targets.
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of market trends competitor offerings and regulatory changes.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver solutions and service excellence.
Key Skills Required:
Prior experience in B2B Channel Sales / Partner Management.
Strong knowledge of financial products and market trends.
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to train influence and motivate partners.
Self-motivated target-driven and result-oriented.
