We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Manager to oversee sales operations in the NCR North India region and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record of achieving targets.
Responsibilities:
Client Management: Conduct regular visits to existing clients manage relationships and handle payment follow-ups.
Business Development: Actively acquire new clients generate new market opportunities and promote new products.
Sales and amp; Reporting: Prepare detailed quotations give product demonstrations and fill out order handover sheets. Regularly prepare and submit sales and visit reports.
Training and amp; Support: Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure proper product usage.
Market Analysis: Perform market research on new products target clients and competitor activities.
Qualifications and amp; Skills:
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in the PPE industry.
Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of the market target clients and product landscape.
Proficiency in Excel and MIS reporting.
Key Attributes:
Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management.
Well-organized with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to influence others and work effectively as a team player.
Candidate Profile:
Male candidate under 35 years of age.
Compensation:
Salary will be competitive and based on industry standards with a focus on matching the right candidates existing package and capabilities.
