What Youll Do
- Be the firms go-to compliance champion ensuring adherence to professional standards and federal state and local regulations.
- Review client month-end workpapers adjustments and financial statements.
- Lead the firms peer review process and oversee the System of Quality Management.
- Conduct internal audits and keep the team sharp with compliance training.
- Support nonprofit clients with budgeting grants audits and Form 990 expertise.
- Drive performance by tracking KPIs and guiding improvement.
- Play a hands-on role in team growth training and client success.
What You Bring
- Active CPA license Bachelors in Accounting.
- 5 years of accounting experience (public accounting in audit/tax a plus).
- Strong belief indiversity equity and inclusion.
- High emotional intelligence and people-first mindset.
