Job Summary

Banyan Search is partnering with a leading company to identify a Senior Accountant for their accounting team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys both day-to-day accounting duties and strategic projects.

What Youll Do

Manage month-end close and review invoices
Prepare and review accruals prepayments and expense reconciliations
Oversee credit card transactions and reconciliations
Analyze cost and revenue trends
Provide FP&A support including budgeting and forecasting
Process weekly payroll and review journal entries
Ensure sales and use tax compliance

What Were Looking For

Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
3 years of accounting experience with a focus on payroll and tax compliance
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
Strong understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
