Position Summary
We are currently seeking a highly organized and resourceful Personal Administrative Assistant to
support the CEO of two Houston-based businesses. This role provides a unique opportunity to work
closely with a Senior Executive across a broad range of professional personal and
investment-related responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be early in their career eager to
learn and motivated to develop strong organizational and communication skills in a dynamic
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate complex calendars schedules and email communications.
Maintain task and project lists across multiple business and personal initiatives; ensure
timely follow-up and completion.
Collect track and organize investment documentation (including K-1s and other financial
records).
Assist in drafting and synthesizing investor updates and communications.
Coordinate with leadership teams to ensure alignment and follow-through on projects.
Conduct research and prepare concise briefs to support business investment and travel
decisions.
Provide personal support including local errands and in-person tasks as needed.
Assist with planning and logistics for personal family and professional events.
Required Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Demonstrated resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with productivity communication and collaboration software tools.
Empathy discretion and ability to read and respond to people and situations
appropriately.
Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn new areas.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Must be based in Houston TX; proximity to central Houston is a plus.
