What Is the A-to-Z Sales Process

Our sales professionals follow theA-to-Z sales process meaning they handle the entire customer experience from beginning to end. This includes:

1. Initial Customer Contact Greeting clients and understanding their needs.
2. Vehicle Selection Helping them choose the right vehicle based on lifestyle and budget.
3. Test Drives Conducting personalized and informative test drives.
4. Product Presentation Demonstrating features benefits and Audis brand value.
5. Trade-In Evaluation Assisting in appraisal or coordination with our valuation team.
6. Financing Options Working with clients and to present dynamic options for comprehensive vehicle coverage
7. Paperwork Completion Assisting with accurate and timely disclosure and signing of documentation.
8. Vehicle Delivery Final walk through and handing over keys.
9. Post-Sale Follow-Up Staying in touch to ensure client satisfaction and foster referrals.
