Front Desk Associate

Pay Rate: $18 to $19 Per Hour
What Youll Be Doing
Be the friendly face and voice of our shop greeting customers in person on the phone and over email.
Help customers navigate their projects from start to finish making the process smooth simple and stress-free.
Provide clear and accurate quotes process orders and make sure all the details get to the right people.
Keep projects moving by staying organized and on top of deadlines.
Jump in with ideas and solutions we love team members who think outside the box and take initiative.

Customer service experience is a plus (printing knowledge is great too but dont worry we can teach you!).
