We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the design and implementation of scalable infrastructure and automated deployment pipelines. This role emphasizes expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) CI/CD and Harness with a strong focus on cloud-native automation and reliability engineering.

What Youll Bring:

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelinesusing Harness GitLab CI Jenkins or similar tools.
Develop and manage Infrastructure as Codeusing Terraform ensuring modular reusable and secure configurations.
Automate provisioning configuration and deployment processes across cloud environments (AWS GCP Azure).
Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices into the software lifecycle.
Implement monitoring logging and alerting solutions to ensure system reliability and performance.
Optimize build and release processes to reduce deployment time and improve system uptime.
Maintain documentation for infrastructure automation scripts and operational procedures.
Drive continuous improvement in automation scalability and security across environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
5 years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles.
Strong hands-on experience with Terraform Python and CI/CD tools (especially Harness).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS GCP or Azure).
Familiarity with containerization (Docker Kubernetes) and orchestration.
Solid understanding of automation configuration management and version control systems (Git).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Impact Youll Make:

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with GitOps workflows and policy-as-code tools (e.g. OPA).
Exposure to security automation and DevSecOps practices.
Certifications in cloud platforms or DevOps tools.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
