About the Role
Were looking for an enthusiastic Application Support Engineer who is just starting their career (06 months of experience) and eager to this role you will support our ticket management operations assist clients with technical issues and ensure smooth day-to-day application performance.
This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or early-entry engineers who want to grow in application support production troubleshooting and client-facing communication.
What Youll Do
Monitor and manage incoming support tickets in the ticketing system.
Assist in investigating and troubleshooting basic technical and production issues.
Work with senior engineers to ensure timely resolution as per SLAs.
Communicate with clients professionally providing updates and clarifications.
Support production operations and escalate issues as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams (QA Engineering Product) for faster issue resolution.
Be flexible to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
What Were Looking For
06 months of experience (freshers welcome).
Basic understanding of ticket management systems (Jira Teams or similar is a plus).
Ability to troubleshoot simple technical issues.
Good communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts including nights.
Strong learning attitude and eagerness to grow in application support.
Bonus Points If You Have
Basic knowledge of logs debugging or system admin concepts.
Awareness of ITIL or service management processes.
Internship or project experience in technical support or operations.
