Position Overview: The IDAM Data Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in managing the identity and access management processes within the organization. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of security policies and compliance standards. The specialist will be responsible for ensuring that access rights are properly managed and that all identity and access management tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in identity and access management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of security policies and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with identity management tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and standards.
- Familiarity with PowerBi for monitoring and reporting.
