Job Title: Seal Engineer
Location Northville MI
Also include the following info for all submittalsKey words Design of Static Seals: Glass run Channel Inner belt Outer belt & Below beltDesign of Dynamic Seals: Primary Secondary Hood Seal Decklid and AppliqueProfile Finalizing as per FEA results from Cooper for Pillar extrusions inner belt & Outer creation: Developing all the extrusions according to the vehicle environment following best practices & Trims / Molds: Developing molds / endcaps attached to extrusions per requirement (corner molds cutline molds etc.)Layout creation: Layout is created to check the fitment of the seal to ensure the requirement is creation: Part / mold fitment is checked using SLA & maintaining assembly Structure as per Cooper Standard procedure for each seal creation: Individual drawings are to be made for each profiles and Assemblies and need to keep them updated with each design changes.

Compensation: $80000.00 - $85000.00 per year
