We are currently seeking a Senior Project Analyst to support operations in Lakehurst NJ. This is a full-time CONUS position requiring an active DoD Secret clearance.
What Youll Do
Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Analyze project data to identify trends variances and performance indicators that inform strategic decisions. Provide actionable insights to project managers and stakeholders to support project goals resource allocation and timeline adherence.
Reporting & Dashboard Development: Design develop and maintain comprehensive project dashboards status reports and performance metric visualizations. Ensure reports are accurate timely and aligned with project objectives and KPIs.
Project Monitoring & Evaluation: Track project performance against baseline plans budgets and timelines. Highlight deviations and provide recommendations to mitigate potential impacts on scope schedule or cost.
Risk & Opportunity Analysis: Collaborate closely with project managers to proactively identify potential risks bottlenecks and opportunities. Support the development of mitigation plans and strategic adjustments to improve project outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with PMO teams business analysts and technical leads to align data reporting with project objectives and organizational priorities.
Tool Proficiency & Data Quality: Utilize advanced data analysis tools (e.g. Excel Power BI Tableau SQL) to extract transform and analyze data from multiple sources. Ensure data accuracy consistency and integrity across all project reporting artifacts.
What Youll Bring
Required Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
BS/BA in a Business Management or related scientific /technical discipline
Requires a minimum of ten (10) years project analyst experience; a minimum of five (5) years of experience with data entry creation and administration of relational database systems such as MS Access Oracle or equivalent.
Certifications:
Must have a current and active DoD Secret security clearance.
Proficient with modern IT tools and infrastructure technologies
Travel & Passport
Some overnight stays possible.
Work Environment
Compliance with vaccination and medical requirements for TDY/OCONUS roles as per Vaccine Recommendations by AOR .
Office setting:
Primarily an office-based role in Lakehurst NJ
Standard desk/computer work with flexibility for walking and movement on site
Must be able to work in an office environment sitting at a desk looking at a computer for most of the workday.
Work is physically comfortable; the employee has discretion about sitting walking standing etc.
May be required to travel short distances to offices/conference rooms and buildings on site.
Background & Security
