About the Opportunity

Are you passionate about Aged Care and Nursing Then this is the role for you. We are actively seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team on aCasualbasis covering across all different range of shifts.

The correct candidate needs to clear availability to support he home with short- and long-term leave vacancies and at possible short notice.

The Role

As a Registered Nurse youll provide a range of clinical care and support services for our residents assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are include:

Providing and monitoring the care of residents
Using a systematic approach to clinical decision-making
Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships
Collaborating with the health care team to achieve resident outcomes
Participating in the development of a supportive environment with the team

To be successful you will have

Previous experience as a Registered Nurse
Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration
Minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse (desirable in-charge)
Valid working rights in Australia (Passport Birth Certificate etc)
Complete a police check
2025 Flu Vaccination (or willingness to obtain during flu season)
Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination
Ability to communicate effectively with residents families and all levels of staff
Strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth
