This assignment is intended to be 6 months in will be a key player on a dynamic skilled team whose objective is to sustain and continuously improve highly complex containers for specialty chemical products used in semiconductor manufacturing. Our specialty chemicals enable our customers to build high performance semiconductor products. This role will be primarily responsible for the engineering component of the container hardware work cell in the Advanced Deposition Materials business Youll DoLearn Canister/Ampoule cleaning and assembly processes and safety control systemsCollaborate with production and engineering teams to make enhancements to production processes that add value to customer while maintaining operational efficiency and safety requirementsSupport 2D drawings of components subassemblies and BOMs that are up to ASME Y14.5M-2009 standardsWork with the engineering team to create new part numbers ECRs and other support effectively with other team members to promote a safe positive and productive working We SeekExperience with any CAD softwareSolidworks Professional Certification is a plusDesired Major(s) & Graduation YearPursuing a bachelors or masters degree in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering or chemical engineeringGraduation Date: Dec 2026 or LaterEligibilityMust be a currently enrolled studentAvailable to work 40 hours a week M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June. Must be familiar with the universities requirements to participate in a co-op programPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
