We are looking for a part timeClient Service Associate (Teller)toprovidetop notchcustomer service to our clients and customers at ourGrand Junction Patterson branch. Looking for Individuals who are available Monday through Friday

Essential Functions:

Responsible for accurately processing debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures whilemaintainingan acceptable balancing record.

Identifiesand addresses clients needs byprovidinga variety of services which may include opening new accounts issuing counter checks performing account maintenance issuing/activation ATM cards performing money transfers ordering checks receiving loan payments etc.
Resolvesclientsproblems either through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.
Identifiesand maximizes cross-sellbanksopportunities through exploring needs.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering customer service balancing or other related experience.
Basic knowledge of math cashiering balancing debits credits bank products and/or banking.
Must have solidbalancingand customer service skills.

Ability to cross-sell bank products based onclientsneeds.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $19.00 - $21.00 hourly depending on job-related factors such as level of experience and location.
