About the Role

  • As aResident Mobility Assistant youll play a vital role in supporting our residents physical wellbeing and quality of life.
  • Working alongside our Physiotherapists Occupational Therapists and Wellbeing Consultants youll help residents engage in meaningful movement and achieve their reablement goals.
  • From one-on-one support to group activities youll assist residents in accessing indoor and outdoor spaces participating in events and building social connections that enrich their daily lives.

What Youll Need

  • Possess a Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance Health & Leisure or Ageing Support or Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
  • A genuine passion to provide care that is person-centered
  • The ability to work individually and in a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Enjoy building positive relationships with residents and staff
