About the Role

As aResident Mobility Assistant youll play a vital role in supporting our residents physical wellbeing and quality of life.
Working alongside our Physiotherapists Occupational Therapists and Wellbeing Consultants youll help residents engage in meaningful movement and achieve their reablement goals.
From one-on-one support to group activities youll assist residents in accessing indoor and outdoor spaces participating in events and building social connections that enrich their daily lives.

What Youll Need

Possess a Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance Health & Leisure or Ageing Support or Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
A genuine passion to provide care that is person-centered
The ability to work individually and in a team
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Enjoy building positive relationships with residents and staff
