Duration: 13 Weeks (extendable)
Shift: 3x12 Days
Pay Rate: $2157 Weekly Gross

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality rehabilitation services in an outpatient setting. The PT will be responsible for evaluating patients developing treatment plans and delivering personalized therapy to help improve mobility strength and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities

  • Provide care to a general outpatient orthopedic patient population.

  • Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Deliver therapy sessions including therapeutic exercise manual therapy and patient education.

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.

  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure continuity of care.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of treatment provided.

  • Meet productivity expectations of 60 visits per week (1214 patients per day; double-booking follow-up visits as required).

Education & Certifications

  • Associate Degree required; higher degree preferred.

  • Active WA State PT License.

  • AHA BLS Certification.
