Overnight Mailroom Driver
Location: Plano TX
Pay rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 7:00 pm 4:00 am CST
About the Overnight Mailroom Driver Role:
We are seeking a reliable and physically capableOvernight Mailroom Driverto support our mailroom operations. This role involves transporting mail between our facility and the local post office using a 26 box truck sorting mail and assisting with general mailroom duties. The ideal candidate is DOT certified punctual and comfortable working overnight hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a26 box trucksafely and efficiently.
- Pass and maintain a validDOT physical certification.
- Begin shift at7:00 PM (6:00 PM on Sundays).
- Load mail bags and deliver to the post office (approx. 30 miles away)
- Load return mail cages onto the truck and transport back to the office.
- Unload truck and organize mail within the facility.
- Sort mail intocertifiedandregularcategories.
- Assist other mailroom teams with tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Ability to pass and maintain aDOT physical.
- Proven experience in driving and logistics preferred.
- Ability to lift and move 40-60 lb. mail bags.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
- Be eligible to work in the United States
- Must be able to clear any necessary criminal background check and/or drug screening.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 yrs. of age.

The estimated hourly rate for this role is $18.00/hr.
