Job Summary
Ready to become a night owl superhero Join our team as an Overnight Janitor and help us keep our community sparkling clean while everyone else is catching Zs! Heres your mission should you choose to accept it:
- Transform our public areas into spotless wonderlands your cleaning powers will amaze residents!
- Embark on thrilling trash hunts rescuing stray garbage from the ground and liberating overflowing waste baskets.
- Be part of our Extreme Makeover: Apartment Edition team helping to prep living spaces for their next lucky inhabitants.
- Channel your inner chemist and safely wield cleaning potions to vanquish dirt and grime.
- Embrace your inner guardian ready to swoop in and save the day (or night) when resident safety alarms sound.
And the cherry on top Youll be compensated for your nocturnal adventures with a heroic pay rate of $17-$19/hr!
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Proficiency in safe handling and proper use of cleaning chemicals
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Physical capability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and moving objects
- Willingness to respond to resident safety concerns and alarms as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment operation
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and procedures
- Basic computer skills for logging and reporting purposes
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a professional attitude reliability and a strong work ethic. Must be able to work effectively in a team environment while also being capable of independent decision-making when necessary.
