Job Summary

Speech therapists are responsible for the development of treatment plans aimed at enhancing swallowing cognitive and communication abilities while also working to diminish the risk of aspiration.

These communication treatment plans may incorporate techniques designed not only to improve an individuals intelligibility but also to facilitate their understanding of others.

The individual will be tasked with leading guiding and directing the delivery of speech-language pathology and audiology services within the facility ensuring compliance with local state and federal regulations as well as established facility policies and procedures.

This is essential for providing appropriate care and services to residents.

Submission Requirements:

- A minimum of two years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is required.

- A valid Texas license or a compact license is required.

State License Requirements:

- Texas- Compact License Accepted
