Who are we looking for / What will you do

Join our fantastic team as our new Groups Conference and Events Coordinator. Located in the vibrant heart of Amsterdam the Booking Office is a great place to start your Groups Conference and Events Career with exposure to a diversity of guests.

This position includes the following main duties:

• Maximize revenue opportunities in during the planning phase of group reservations conferences

• You will interact extensively with guests and clients during the preparation phase of the event.

• Receive questions process rooming lists preparing function sheets

• Focus on a consistently executed up-selling approach.

• Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs

• Arrange and execute hotel show tours

• Participate in hotel promotional activities

Who are we looking for:

• Good organizational and administrative skills

• Positive attitude and good communication skills

• Commitment to providing a high level of customer service

• Confident telephone manner

• Demonstrated work experience in a sales environment

• The perfect candidate will be fluent in English (Dutch language skills are an advantage).
